    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena perilaku agresif yang mulai muncul pada masa anak kanak-kanak. Berdasarkan pengamatan di kelas, masih terdapat beberapa anak yang memiliki perilaku agresif. Misalnya, tindakan fisik seperti memukul dan menendang, agresif verbal seperti membentak dan berkata kasar, serta permusuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku agresif pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di salah satu TK di Kota Serang dan upaya penanganan yang telah dilakukan guru sehingga dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam perancangan program layanan bimbingan yang dirancang untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif anak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode Concurrent Embedded Mixed Methods. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan (1) Perilaku agresif anak secara umum berada pada kategori rendah, dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif yang tinggi pada aspek kemarahan; (2) Gambaran perilaku agresif pada anak merupakan landasan dalam perancangan program layanan bimbingan untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif yang diuji kelayakannya oleh dosen pakar. Program layanan bimbingan digunakan sebagai rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini, untuk membantu guru dalam mereduksi perilaku agresif anak, serta diharapakan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perkembangan anak. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of aggressive behavior that begins to appear in childhood. Based on observations in class, there are still some children who have aggressive behavior. For example, physical actions such as hitting and kicking, verbal aggression such as shouting and swearing, and hostility. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of aggressive behavior in children aged 5-6 years in one of the kindergartens in Serang City and the handling efforts that have been made by teachers so that they can be used as a basis for designing a guidance service program designed to reduce children's aggressive behavior. The approach used in this study is a quantitative and qualitative approach with the Concurrent Embedded Mixed Methods method. The findings of the study indicate (1) Children's aggressive behavior is generally in the low category, with a tendency for high aggressive behavior in the aspect of anger; (2) The description of aggressive behavior in children is the basis for designing a guidance service program to reduce aggressive behavior which is tested for its feasibility by expert lecturers. The guidance service program is used as a recommendation in this study, to help teachers reduce children's aggressive behavior, and is expected to be a reference in implementing guidance services that are in accordance with children's development needs.
