    Abstract

    Gudang PT. Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Cabang Banten berfungsi sebagai area penyimpanan untuk komoditas curah kering yang tidak dapat terkena air, seperti bungkil, pupuk, dan komoditas lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produktivitas pergudangan di PT. Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Cabang Banten, yang menghadapi permasalahan berupa kemacetan dalam proses penerimaan barang dari dermaga ke gudang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan beberapa indikator produktivitas masih belum optimal, seperti pemanfaatan jam kerja tenaga kerja dengan rata-rata 22,5%, pemanfaatan gudang 46,55%, pemanfaatan alat material handling 9,6%, dan biaya sebagai persentase penjualan sebesar 71%. Sementara itu, indikator yang tergolong produktif meliputi waktu dock to stock dengan durasi rata-rata 48 menit, unit yang diambil per jam sebesar 20%, dan akurasi pesanan mencapai 81%. Rasio okupansi gudang (Shed Occupancy Ratio atau SOR) dengan rata-rata 26,25% mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan gudang masih belum maksimal.   Warehouse of PT. Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Banten Branch functions as a storage area for dry bulk commodities that must not come into contact with water, such as soybean meal, fertilizer, and other commodities. This study aims to analyze warehouse productivity at PT. Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Banten Branch, which faces challenges such as congestion in the process of receiving goods from the dock to the warehouse. The research employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The results analysis indicate that several productivity indicators are still suboptimal, including labor hour utilization with an average of 22.5%, warehouse utilization at 46.55%, material handling equipment utilization at 9.6%, and cost as a percentage of sales at 71%. Conversely, productive indicators include dock-to-stock time with an average duration of 48 minutes, units picked per hour at 20%, and order accuracy at 81%. The Shed Occupancy Ratio (SOR), with an average of 26.25%, indicates that warehouse utilization is still not maximized.
