Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka yang mengharuskan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, termasuk dalam Seni Budaya. Di era digital, pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi keharusan agar siswa dapat berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran menggambar digital menggunakan aplikasi Sketchbook pada materi unsur rupa serta bagaimana keterampilan siswa dalam menerapkan unsur-unsur seni rupa secara digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Cangkuang 03 Kecamatan Rancaekek yang berjumlah 19 orang. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari observasi, angket, serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keterampilan menggambar siswa menggunakan aplikasi Sketchbook menunjukkan variasi penguasaan dalam berbagai aspek. Pada aspek penguasaan fitur aplikasi, 19 siswa telah menguasai fitur Marker, 16 siswa menguasai fitur pustaka warna, dan 4 siswa menguasai fitur alat lainnya. Pada aspek penguasaan unsur seni rupa, seluruh siswa mampu menerapkan unsur titik, garis, bentuk, dan bidang, sementara 17 siswa menguasai unsur warna, 7 siswa menguasai unsur tekstur, dan hanya 2 yang menguasai unsur gelap terang. Selain itu, pada aspek penggunaan touchscreen, sebanyak 17 siswa telah menguasai proses menggambar menggunakan perangkat digital.

This research is motivated by the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum which requires the integration of technology in learning, including in Cultural Arts. In the digital era, the use of technology is a must so that students can develop according to the times. This study aims to determine how the learning process of digital drawing using the Sketchbook application on visual element material and how students' skills in applying the elements of fine art digitally. This research uses a qualitative approach. The participants in this study were the fifth grade students of SDN Cangkuang 03 Rancaekek District, totaling 19 people. The research instruments consisted of observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Based on the research results, students' drawing skills using the Sketchbook application show variations in mastery in various aspects. In the aspect of mastering application features, 19 students have mastered the Marker feature, 16 students mastered the color library feature, and 4 students mastered other tool features. In the aspect of mastering the elements of fine art, all students were able to apply the elements of point, line, shape, and plane, while 17 students mastered the elements of color, 7 students mastered the elements of texture, and only 2 mastered the elements of dark and light. In addition, in the aspect of using touchscreen, 17 students have mastered the drawing process using digital devices.
