Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa sekolah dasar, di mana kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, serta kemandirian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dalam Kurikulum Merdeka guna mengembangkan karakter kepemimpinan siswa sekolah dasar, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya, serta mengevaluasi dampak yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pembina Pramuka dan kepala sekolah, serta analisis dokumen terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka. Untuk meningkatkan validitas data, digunakan teknik triangulasi dengan membandingkan berbagai sumber informasi yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Pramuka dalam Kurikulum Merdeka berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan siswa melalui metode pembelajaran aktif, pembiasaan nilai-nilai Dasadarma dan Trisatya, serta pemberian reward bagi siswa yang menunjukkan sikap kepemimpinan. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi kegiatan ini mencakup keterlibatan aktif pembina, kepala sekolah, serta dukungan orang tua dan sarana yang memadai. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan, seperti kurangnya keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan Pramuka, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta motivasi siswa yang masih beragam. Evaluasi berkala dan pengembangan strategi yang lebih inovatif diperlukan agar kegiatan ini semakin optimal dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan siswa.

Character education is a fundamental aspect of shaping the personality of elementary school students, where Scout extracurricular activities play a strategic role in instilling leadership values, responsibility, and independence. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Scout extracurricular activities in the Independent Curriculum to develop students' leadership character, identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation, and evaluate the impact produced. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include direct observation, interviews with Scout instructors and school principals, and document analysis related to the implementation of Scout extracurricular activities. To enhance data validity, triangulation techniques were used by comparing various sources of information obtained. The research findings indicate that Scout activities within the Independent Curriculum significantly contribute to shaping students' leadership character through active learning methods, the habituation of Dasadarma and Trisatya values, and the provision of rewards for students demonstrating leadership qualities. Supporting factors for the successful implementation of these activities include the active involvement of instructors, school principals, parental support, and adequate facilities. However, several obstacles were identified, such as the lack of teacher involvement in Scout activities, limited resources, and varying levels of student motivation. Regular evaluation and the development of more innovative strategies are necessary to optimize these activities in fostering students' leadership character.
