Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi revisit intention ke objek wisata Cisoka Eco Green Park, dengan variabel independen berupa kualitas pelayanan, citra wisata, daya tarik wisata, dan harga. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring (Google Form) dan angket, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang telah berkunjung ke objek wisata Cisoka Eco Green Park. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan, citra wisata, daya tarik wisata, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Secara parsial, kualitas pelayanan, daya tarik wisata, dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, sedangkan citra wisata berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelola wisata perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, daya tarik wisata, serta strategi harga guna mendorong kunjungan ulang wisatawan. Selain itu, citra wisata yang tidak signifikan menunjukkan perlunya strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat agar ekspektasi wisatawan selaras dengan kondisi objek wisata. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing revisit intention to the Cisoka Eco Green Park tourist attraction, with independent variables including service quality, destination image, tourist attraction, and price. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through an online questionnaire (Google Forms) and surveys, with a sample of 100 respondents who had previously visited Cisoka Eco Green Park. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, service quality, destination image, tourist attraction, and price significantly influence revisit intention. Partially, service quality, tourist attraction, and price have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, whereas destination image has a positive but insignificant impact. These results suggest that tourism managers should improve service quality, enhance tourist attractions, and refine pricing strategies to encourage repeat visits. Furthermore, the insignificant influence of destination image highlights the need for more effective marketing strategies to better align visitor expectations with the actual conditions of the destination.
