    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembentukan karakter sejak dini menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Di era globalisasi yang penuh dengan kemajuan teknologi dan arus informasi, muncul berbagai fenomena yang menunjukkan lemahnya karakter peserta didik, seperti berbagai kasus perundungan, berkurangnya rasa hormat kepada orang tua dan guru, serta rendahnya ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang efektif dalam membangun karakter di lingkungan sekolah. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah melalui implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek guna memperkuat karakter beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia. Metode habituasi menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk membentuk kebiasaan positif peserta didik secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan karakter beriman, bertakwa, dan berakhlak mulia melalui metode habituasi di SDN 231 Sukaasih. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa habituasi seperti doa bersama, pembiasaan berkata jujur, dan kegiatan sosial keagamaan efektif membentuk karakter siswa. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya konsistensi dan keterbatasan waktu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode habituasi dalam P5 efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa, dengan dukungan dari guru dan orang tua. This research is motivated by the fact that character building from an early age is a challenge in the world of education, especially at the elementary school level. In the era of globalization that is full of technological advances and information flow, various phenomena have emerged that indicate the weakness of students' character, such as various cases of bullying, reduced respect for parents and teachers, and low piety towards God. Therefore, an effective strategy is needed in building character in the school environment. One of the efforts made by the government is through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Merdeka Curriculum, which aims to instill character values through project-based learning in order to strengthen the character of faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character. The habituation method is one approach that can be used to form positive habits in students in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of the character of faith, piety, and noble character through the habituation method at SDN 231 Sukaasih. The research approach uses qualitative with a case study method, with data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study showed that habituation such as praying together, getting used to telling the truth, and social and religious activities were effective in shaping students' characters. The obstacles found included lack of consistency and time constraints. This study concluded that the habituation method in P5 was effective in shaping students' characters, with support from teachers and parents.
