Abstract
Pendidikan karakter religius di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan, termasuk rendahnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya kolaborasi guru dan orang tua, serta pengaruh lingkungan negatif. Program SATF dan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak memerlukan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses internalisasi nilai karakter religius melalui Program SATF (Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah) dan relevansinya dengan mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di Madrasah Aliyah Assakinah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola implementasi program. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program SATF diterapkan secara holistik melalui dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman seperti diskusi kelompok, ceramah, kisah, amtsal, hiwar, dan simulasi. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi masih ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan sumber belajar dan pemahaman konseptual guru. Keselarasan kurikulum Akidah Akhlak dengan nilai SATF terlihat pada pemetaan materi tentang sifat-sifat wajib Allah SWT dan keteladanan Nabi Muhammad SAW, mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa dalam hal kejujuran (Shiddiq), tanggung jawab (Amanah), penyampaian kebaikan (Tabligh), dan kecerdasan intelektual serta spiritual (Fathonah). Program SATF juga selaras dengan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Rahmatan Lil'alamin (P5RA), memperkuat kontribusinya terhadap pendidikan karakter nasional. Kesimpulannya, Program SATF memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk karakter religius siswa, tetapi diperlukan pengembangan modul pembelajaran terpadu, pelatihan intensif bagi guru, evaluasi berkelanjutan, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan implementasinya. Religious character education in Indonesia faces challenges, including low student motivation, insufficient collaboration between teachers and parents, and negative environmental influences. The SATF Program and Akidah Akhlak learning require evaluation to enhance their effectiveness in shaping students' religious character. This study aims to examine the process of internalizing religious character values through the SATF Program (Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah) and its relevance to the Akidah Akhlak subject at Madrasah Aliyah Assakinah. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns of program implementation. The findings reveal that the SATF Program is implemented holistically through cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions, using experiential learning methods such as group discussions, lectures, storytelling, analogies, dialogues, and simulations. However, challenges in implementation persist, including limited learning resources and teachers' conceptual understanding. The alignment of the Akidah Akhlak curriculum with SATF values is evident in the mapping of materials related to the obligatory attributes of Allah SWT and the exemplary character of Prophet Muhammad SAW, supporting the development of students' honesty (Shiddiq), responsibility (Amanah), communication of good (Tabligh), and intellectual and spiritual intelligence (Fathonah). The SATF Program also aligns with the Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan Lil’alamin (P5RA) Project, strengthening its contribution to national character education. In conclusion, the SATF Program has significant potential to shape students' religious character but requires the development of integrated learning modules, intensive teacher training, continuous evaluation, and strengthened collaboration among schools, families, and communities to optimize its implementation.
