Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN SENI TARI TERHADAP KECERDASAN LINGUISTIK SISWA”. Lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam berbahasa merupakan permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Pengaruh pembelajaran seni tari terhadap kecerdasan linguistik untuk mengukur, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan masalah penelitian. Kecerdasan linguistik dalam tari mengacu terhadap menyimak, membaca, menulis dan berbicara. Permasalahan tersebut merupakan pokok utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi eksperimen dengan desain one grup pre-test, post-test, dengan tidak menggunakan kelas pembanding. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, test, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan metode tersebut, diperoleh hasil uji t yang membuktikan terjadinya peningkatan yang signifikan karena perolehan thitung > ttab, yakni 13,60 > 1,761. Jadi, pengaruh pembelajaran seni tari terhadap kecerdasan linguistik terlihat cukup signifikan. Akhir penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pembelajaran seni tari sangat meningkat. alam meningkatkan kecedasan linguistik siswa. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai t empirik yang lebih besar dari nilai t teoritik masing-masing aspek penilaian. Berdasarkan analisis uji t diperoleh, nilai 13,60 > 1,761, maka disimpulkan eksperimen pembelajaran tari (Bermain Peran) terbukti berhasil meningkatkan kecerdasan linguistik siswa. This paper is titled “The influence of the Teaching and Learning of Dance on Students’ Linguistic Intelligence”. Low ability in using language is a problem which frequently occurs in teaching and learning of dance. The influence of the teaching and learning of dance on students’ linguistic intelligence is to measure, analyze, and describe research problems. Linguistic intelligence in dance refers to listening, speaking, reading and writing. The aforementioned problem is the main topic of the current study. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest group design, with no comparison class. The technique to collect the data was done by bibliography study, observation, interview, test and documentation. Based on the analysis of data, the t-test result shows that there is a significant improvement because the tobt > tcrit, that is 13.60 > 1.761. Therefore, the influence of the teaching and learning of dance on students’ linguistic intelligence was considered significant. The final result concludes that the influence of the teaching and learning of dance improves students’ linguistic intelligence. This is proven by the value of empiric t which is larger than the theoretic t of the respective aspect in assessment. Based on the analysis of t-test, the value is 13.60 > 1.76. 1t can be concluded that the technique used in teaching and learning of dance (roleplaying) is proven to be effective to improve students’ linguistic intelligence.
