Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya fenomena prokrastinasi akademik yang berdampak pada keterampilan belajar siswa seperti manajemen waktu, pengorganisasian tugas, dan motivasi belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran prorastinasi akademik di kalangan siswa dan meghasilkan program bimbingan belajar guna mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Bandung 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Bandung berada pada kategori prokrastinasi sedang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya intervensi yang sistematis melalui layanan bimbingan belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Hasil penelitian menjadi dasar dalam menyusun rancangan layanan bimbingan belajar yang mengacu pada panduan operasional penyelenggaraan Bimbingan dan Konseling (POP BK) untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan keterampilan belajar mereka dan mengurangi kecenderungan untuk menunda-nunda tugas akademik. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa. This study is motivated by the rampant phenomenon of academic procrastination which has an impact on students' learning skills such as time management, task organization, and learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of academic procrastination among students and to produce a tutoring program to reduce academic procrastination of grade XI students at SMKN 1 Bandung. This research used descriptive quantitative approach with survey method. Respondents in this study were grade XI students at SMKN 1 Bandung 2024/2025. The results showed that the academic procrastination of grade XI students at SMKN 1 Bandung was in the moderate procrastination category. This finding indicates the need for systematic intervention through tutoring services that suit the needs of students. The results of the study serve as the basis for developing a tutoring service design that refers to the operational guidelines for the implementation of Guidance and Counseling (POP BK) to help students improve their learning skills and reduce the tendency to procrastinate academic tasks. This program is expected to be a strategic step in supporting students' academic success.
