Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas peran kepala sekolah dan regulasi terhadap kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif di era Society 5.0. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kebijakan regulasi memengaruhi kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan inklusif yang semakin kompleks di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian prediktif. Sampel penelitian mencakup 200 sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengukur persepsi guru terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kepribadian, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan profesional kepala sekolah tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan guru dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusif. Sedangkan pemahaman tujuan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan guru. Selain itu, regulasi pendidikan di tingkat pusat terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan guru. Sedangkan regulasi daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan guru. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan dan dukungan teknologi dalam mengadaptasi kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan individual siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif serta memperkuat kapasitas kepala sekolah dan guru dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah dan guru serta optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi sebagai sarana pembelajaran inklusif yang efektif.

This study discusses the role of principals and regulations on teacher readiness in implementing inclusive education in the Society 5.0 era. The main focus of this study is to analyze how principal leadership and regulatory policies affect teacher readiness in facing the increasingly complex challenges of inclusive education in the digital era. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an predictive research type. The research sample included 200 elementary schools in Garut Regency which were selected randomly. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire to measure teacher perceptions of the variables studied. The results showed that the dimensions of personality, knowledge, and professional skills of principals did not have a significant influence on teacher readiness in implementing inclusive education. Meanwhile, understanding the purpose of education has a significant positive influence on teacher readiness. In addition, education regulations at the central level have been shown to have an effect on teacher readiness. Meanwhile, regional regulations have no effect on teacher readiness. This study highlights the importance of ongoing teacher training and technology support in adapting curriculum based on individual student needs. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of inclusive education policies and strengthen the capacity of principals and teachers in facing the Society 5.0 era. Recommendations include increasing collaboration between principals and teachers and optimizing the use of technology as an effective means of inclusive learning.
