Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah, dan keberterimaan teknologi oleh guru terhadap pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan gurudi SD yang telah melaksanakan ANBK. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan memilih 30 sekolah negeri dan 13 SD swasta yang terlibat dalam ANBK yang ada di kabupaten cirebon. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan sekolah, keberterimaan teknologi, serta pelaksanaan ANBK. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap pelaksanaan ANBK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta tingkat keberterimaan teknologi yang tinggi pada guru secara signifikan mempengaruhi pelaksanaan ANBK di SD. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut berperan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan pelaksanaan ANBK di tingkat SD. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar kepala sekolah terus memperkuat kepemimpinan transformasional dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung penggunaan teknologi guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. --------- This study aims to analyze the influence of principals' transformational leadership, school environment, and teachers' acceptance of technology on the implementation of Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) in Elementary Schools (SD). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The study population consists of principals and teachers in elementary schools that have implemented ANBK. The sampling technique was carried out purposively by selecting 30 public schools and 13 private elementary schools involved in ANBK in Cirebon Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured the variables of transformational leadership, school environment, acceptance of technology, and implementation of ANBK. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the influence of each variable on the implementation of ANBK. The results of the study indicate that the principal's transformational leadership, a conducive school environment, and a high level of acceptance of technology in teachers significantly influence the implementation of ANBK in elementary schools. Overall, this study indicates that these factors play an important role in supporting the success of the implementation of ANBK at the elementary school level. Therefore, it is suggested that principals continue to strengthen transformational leadership and create an environment that supports the use of technology to improve the quality of education in the digital era.
