    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan level aktivitas fisik siswa boarding school, ful day school, dan sekolah dasar reguler, fenomena penyakit hipokinetik dapat terjadi pada anak sekolah dasar dengan pembiasaan gaya hidup yang kurang baik salah satunya kurang beraktivitas fisik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparatif, Teknik pegambilan sampel terdapat 2 tahap yaitu tahap kesatu Teknik cluster sampling untuk menentukan daerah yang diteliti sehinga mendapatkan 3 SD Kelurahan Nagrog, Babakan, dan Cibuntu, Kecamatan Wanayasa Kabupaten Purwakarta, tahap kedua yaitu Teknik proportionate stratified random sampling untuk menentukan jumlah sampel sehingga berjumlah 88 siswa dan siswi kelas 4 dan 5. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner PAQ-C. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS melalui Uji independent sample t-test dan Kruskal wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan level aktivitas fisik siswa boarding school, ful day school, dan sekolah dasar regular. Implikasi dari hasil ini disarankan untuk memastikan anak-anak mendapatkan aktivitas fisik yang cukup disekolah maupun luar sekolah dan mendorong partisipasi aktif olahraga dan permainan.

    This study aims to determine the comparison of physical activity levels of boarding school students, ful day schools, and reguler elementary schools, the phenomenon of hypokinetic disease can occur in elementary school children with poor lifestyle habits, one of which is lack of physical activity. The method in this study uses a comparative method, the sampling technique has 2 stages, namely the first stage of the cluster sampling technique to determine the area under study so that it gets 3 elementary schools in Nagrog Village, Babakan, and Cibuntu, Wanayasa District, Purwakarta Regency, the second stage is the proportionate stratified random
    sampling technique to determine the number of samples so that there are 88
    students and female students in grades 4 and 5. Data were collected through the PAQ-C questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS software through independent sample t-test and Kruskal wallis test. The results showed that there was no comparison of physical activity levels of boarding school, full day school, and regular elementary school students. The implication of this result is suggested to ensure children get enough physical activity at school and out of school and encourage active participation in sports and games.
