Abstract

Perubahan yang cepat di lingkungan bisnis mendorong banyak perusahaan mengembangkan teknologi sistem informasi untuk dapat bersaing dengan unggul. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan diharapkan memiliki kinerja yang baik karena dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi khususnya pada PT. Telkom. Dilihat dari penelitian awal bahwa sebagian besar karyawan menganggap kinerja sistem informasi (SI) yang digunakan belum optimal dalam penerapannya sehingga pemakai belum merasa puas. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan judul ”Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Sistem Informasi SAP (Survei Pada Divisi FBCC PT. Telkom Jalan Japati Kota Bandung)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlibatan pemakai, kapabilitas personil sistem informasi, ukuran organisasi, dukungan manajemen puncak serta pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai sistem informasi serta pengaruhnya baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi di PT.Telkom jalan japati kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada pengguna sistem informasi pada divisi finance, billing & collection center PT. Telkom. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 21,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterlibatan pemakai, kapabilitas personil sistem informasi, ukuran organisasi, dukungan manajemen puncak serta pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai sistem informasi pada PT.Telkom termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan seluruh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel. Hasil uji regresi secara parsial menunjukan tidak seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja SI, ada tiga variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kinerja SI yaitu variabel keterlibatan pemakai, ukuran organisasi dan dukungan manajemen puncak. Sedangkan untuk variabel kapabilitas personil serta pendidikan dan pelatihan pemakai tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan kinerja SI. These dynamic change in the business environment prompted many companies to develop information technology systems to be able to compete preeminently. Information system developed by the company is expected to have good performance because it can increase the performance of the organization, especially at PT.Telkom. Viewed from early studies that most employees assume the performance of information system (IS) that is used is not optimal in its implementation so that users do not feel satisfied. Based on this phenomenon it is necessary to research with the title "Factors Affecting Performance Of SAP Information System (Survey at PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Tbk in FBCC Division Street Japati Bandung). The purpose of this research was to determine of user involvement, capability of information system personnel, organization size, top management support and training and education of information system users and it influence either partial or simultan to the performance of information systems in PT.Telkom at japati street Bandung. Type of research is descriptive and verification. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the users of information systems in PT.Telkom division of the finance, billing & collection centers. Sampling technique of this research is simple random sampling. The analysis method used is the technique of multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 21,0. The results show the user involvement, capability of information system personnel, organization size, top management support and training and education of information system users PT. Telkom included in the Good category. As for the result of simultan test shows all independent variables in this research affected significantly to information system performance that it is indicated by the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable. Then the result of partial regression test shows not all independent variables influenced significantly to the performance of the IS, there are three significant variables relating to the performance of the IS that are user involvement variable, organization size and top management support. Meanwhile the capability variable of personnel, users education and users training are not influenced significantly to the performance of IS.
