    Abstract

    Permainan soccer like games adalah bentuk modifikasi dari permainan sepak bola
    yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi
    pelajaran serta mengembangkan keterampilan gerak yang memungkinkan mereka lebih
    aktif terlibat dalam pembelajaran sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
    apakah permainan soccer like games dapat meningkatkan level kebugaran jasmani dan
    hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
    metode penelitian eksperimen dengan design One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.
    Penelitian ini dilaksankaan di SDN 195 Isola, Kota Bandung dengan subjek penelitian
    melibatkan siswa laki-laki ekstrakurikuler futsal kelas V dan VI yang berjumlah 46 orang
    dan sampel sebanyak 20. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling.
    Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI) dan Games
    Performance Assement Instrument (GPAI). Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu
    uji normalitas shaporo-wilk, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis Paired Sample T-Test.
    Berdasarkan pada hasil uji Paired Sample t-test, hasil menunjukan bahwa tes TKSI dan
    GPAI memiliki nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,001 yang berarti
    terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan pada keduanya. Maka dapat
    disimpulkan bahwa permainan soccer like games dapat meningkatkan level kebugaran
    jasmani dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dikarenakan oleh kombinasi dari frekuensi latihan
    yang konsisten 3 kali dalam seminggu selama 12 pertemuan dan program yang relevan
    sesuai apa yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa.
    This study aims to determine whether soccer-like games can improve physical fitness levels
    and learning outcomes of elementary school students. The research method used in this
    study is an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was
    conducted at SDN 195 Isola, Bandung City, with the research population involving futsal
    extracurricular students. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling,
    involving 20 male students who met the predetermined criteria. The instruments used were
    the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) and the Games Performance Assessment
    Instrument (GPAI). Data analysis involved prerequisite tests, including the Shapiro-Wilk
    normality test, homogeneity test, Zired Sample T-Test. Based on descriptive test results
    involving 20 students, a significant increase was observed between pre-test and post-test
    scores in both measured variables, namely TKSI and GPAI. In the Paired Sample T-Test,
    the results showed that both TKSI and GPAI tests had a significance value of less than
    0.05, specifically 0.001, indicating a difference before and after the intervention in both
    variables. It can be concluded that soccer-like games can enhance the physical fitness levels
    and learning outcomes of students. This is due to the combination of consistent training
    frequency, 3 times a week for 12 meetings and a program that is relevant to students' needs.
