Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran sejarah dan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa. Melalui permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mencoba melihat pengaruh antara e-modul berbasis aplikasi heyzine flipbook dengan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Untuk melihat pengaruh e-modul berbasis aplikasi heyzine flipbook dan kemampuan historical literacy serta chronological thinking, peneliti menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain time series. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas XI.7 SMAN 1 Jatiluhur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) melihat perbedaan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan, 2) melihat perbedaan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa pada eksperimen 1 dan eksperimen 2, 3) melihat perbedaan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa pada eksperimen 2 dan eksperimen 3, 4) mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh modul elektronik berbasis aplikasi heyzine flipbook terhadap kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan, 2) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa pada eksperimen 1 dan eksperimen 2, 3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan historical literacy dan chronological thinking siswa pada eksperimen 2 dan eksperimen 3, 4) terdapat pengaruh modul elektronik berbasis aplikasi heyzine flipbook terhadap kemampuan historical literacy sebesar 19,8% dan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan chronological thinking sebesar 2,5%. This study is motivated by the development of technology that can be integrated into history learning and has an impact on students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills. Addressing this issue, the researcher seeks to examine the influence of Heyzine Flipbook application-based e-modules on students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills in history learning. To evaluate the impact of Heyzine Flipbook application-based e-modules and students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills, the researcher employed a quasi-experimental method with a time-series design. This research was conducted in Class XI.7 at SMAN 1 Jatiluhur. The objectives of this study are: 1) to observe the differences in students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills before and after the treatment, 2) to identify differences in students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills between Experiment 1 and Experiment 2, 3) to identify differences in students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills between Experiment 2 and Experiment 3, 4) to determine whether there is an influence of the Heyzine Flipbook application-based e-module on students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills. Based on the statistical test results, the findings are: 1) there are differences in students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills before and after the treatment, 2) there are differences in students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills between Experiment 1 and Experiment 2, 3) there are differences in students' historical literacy and chronological thinking skills between Experiment 2 and Experiment 3, 4) the Heyzine Flipbook application-based e-module has an impact on students' historical literacy skills by 19.8% and on chronological thinking skills by 2.5%.
