Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi Model TPSR terhadap perilaku mandiri siswa SMPN 29 Bandung. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penilaian Tindakan kelas melibatkan observasi dan analisis data sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model TPSR secara efektif memengaruhi perilaku mandiri siswa. Selain itu, Model TPSR juga membantu siswa untuk memahami pentingnya tanggung jawab sosial dan pribadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas untuk membangun keterampilan interpersonal yang sehat (Gordon, B., 2010: 22). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Model TPSR dapat menjadi pendekatan yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan perilaku mandiri siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode PTK dengan 100 sampel siswa dari SMP Negeri 29 Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner atau angket dan melalakukan observasi sebanyak 3 siklus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sikap kemandirian meningkat signifikan, dari yang sebelumnya sebesar 76,69 menjadi 89,85. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) Model on the independent behavior of students at SMPN 29 Bandung. A quantitative approach was used in this research using classroom action assessment involving observation and data analysis as a data collection method. The research results show that the application of the TPSR Model effectively influences students' independent behavior. In addition, the TPSR Model also helps students to understand the importance of social and personal responsibility in everyday life, as well as providing a clear framework for building healthy interpersonal skills (Gordon, B., 2010: 22). These findings indicate that implementing the TPSR Model can be a useful approach in improving students' independent behavior in the school environment. The practical implications of this research can help teachers and educational stakeholders in designing more effective learning strategies to develop independence.The research used the PTK method with a sample of 100 students from SMP Negeri 29 Bandung. Data was collected through questionnaires or questionnaires and carried out observations in 3 cycles. The results of this research show that the attitude of independence has increased significantly, from the previous 76.69 to 89.85
