Abstract
Praktikum pengujian mutu susu segar adalah materi praktikum pada elemen Produksi Olahan Hasil Hewani. Praktikum di SMKN 1 Leuwiliang memerlukan inovasi pada media pembelajaran sebagai pedoman praktikum yang lebih menarik dari modul praktikum sekolah. Pengembangan media video tutorial dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan video tutorial yang dikembangkan, mengetahui hasil belajar dan perbedaan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan video tutorial dan modul praktikum. Video tutorial dikembangkan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang diterapkan pada pembelajaran dengan desain kuasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 26 siswa kelas XI APHP 5 SMKN 1 Leuwiliang yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli bahasa, ahli media, dan siswa menyatakan video tutorial “sangat layak” digunakan. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada ranah kognitif n-gain kategori “sedang”, afektif “sangat baik”, dan psikomotorik “sangat terampil” setelah menggunakan video tutorial. Adapun, kelompok kontrol memperoleh hasil hasil kognitif n-gain "rendah", afektif "sangat baik", dan psikomotorik "sangat terampil" setelah menggunakan modul praktikum. Analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotorik, sementara ranah afektif tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan. Video tutorial disimpulkan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada praktikum pengujian mutu susu segar.
The need for innovative learning media is essential for the practicum at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang, highlighting the requirement for a more engaging practicum guide than the school practicum module. The practicum of testing the quality of fresh milk is an important aspect and practical topic of Agribusiness in Agricultural Product Processing.The development of video tutorials is intended to enhance students' learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This research aims to define the practicability of video tutorials developed for this purpose and determine students' learning outcomes and differences in learning outcomes following the use of video tutorials and practicum modules. The tutorial video was developed using the research and development method based on the ADDIE model and then applied to student’ learning through a quasi-experimental design. This study involved a sample of 26 students from class XI APHP 5 at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang, who were separated into two groups: one experimental and a control group. The validation results of material experts, linguists, media experts, and students indicated that the video tutorial was "highly feasible" to use. The experimental group indicated a significant improvement in the cognitive n-gain category classified as "moderate," in the affective category as "very good," and in the psychomotor category as "very skilled" after using the video. In contrast, the control group achieved cognitive n-gain results categorized as "low," affective as "very good," and psychomotor as "very skilled" after using the module. A following statistical evaluation uncovered significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the cognitive and psychomotor aspects.
