Abstract

Pelatihan merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan baik untuk diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Kegiatan ini pun berkaitan dengan kompetensi tertentu yang dianggap berguna dalam konteks pekerjaan. Pelatihan teknis bidang sumber daya air bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan para profesional dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya air. Program ini mencakup berbagai aspek, seperti manajemen, teknis pengukuran, dan pemahaman spesifikasi teknis yang diperlukan dalam proyek-proyek terkait sumber daya air. Pelatihan dengan menggunakan model blended learning ini menggabungkan metode pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka, memungkinkan peserta untuk belajar secara fleksibel. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dengan menggunakan model blended learning ini masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan terutama dari segi teknologinya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menggabungkan metode tatap muka dan daring. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung pengembangan kompetensi peserta. : Training is an activity aimed at developing skills and knowledge for oneself as well as for others. This activity is also related to specific competencies that are considered useful in the context of work. Technical training in the field of water resources aims to enhance the competencies and skills of professionals in the management and development of water resources. This program covers various aspects, such as management, technical measurement, and understanding the technical specifications required in water resource-related projects. The training, using a blended learning model, combines online and face-to-face learning methods, allowing participants to learn flexibly. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research involve data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is tested using source and method triangulation techniques. The research results indicate that training using this blended learning model still faces challenges in implementation, particularly in terms of technology. The conclusion of this research is the enhancement of learning effectiveness by combining face-to-face and online methods. It is hoped that this will create a more interactive learning environment and support the development of participants' competencies.
