Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya bahan ajar yang digunakan, rendahnya pemahaman dan hasil belajar peserta didik tentang materi hak dan kewajiban dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Big Book materi hak dan kewajiban yang layak serta dapat diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran guna meningkatkan hasil belajar materi hak dan kewajiban peserta didik fase b sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan desain pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Hasil penilaian validasi ahli berupa angket dengan presentase ahli bahan ajar sebesar 100%, ahli materi sebesar 100%, dan ahli pembelajaran sebesar 100%. Uji coba terbatas bahan ajar Big Book dilakukan kepada peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar melalui pre test dan post test. Hasil uji coba bahan ajar Big Book menunjukan peningkatan hasil pre test dan post test dari rata-rata nilai 49,2 menjadi 82,3 dan presesentase ketuntasan dari 25% menjadi 100%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli dan uji coba terbatas bahan ajar Big Book, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar Big Book layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi hak dan kewajiban peserta didik fase b sekolah dasar. This research is motivated by the limited teaching materials used, the low understanding and learning outcomes of students regarding the material of rights and responsibilities in Civic Education (PPKn) lessons. The aim of this study is to develop a suitable Big Book teaching material on the subject of rights and responsibilities, which can be implemented in the learning process to enhance the learning outcomes of students in phase b of elementary school. The research method employed in this study is the Design and Development (D&D) method using the ADDIE development design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of expert validation in the form of questionnaires show a percentage of 100% agreement among teaching material experts, content experts, and learning experts. A limited trial of the Big Book teaching material was conducted with fourth-grade students through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the trial indicate an improvement in pre-test and post-test scores, with the average score increasing from 49.2 to 82.3 and the percentage of successful completions rising from 25% to 100%. Based on the validation results from experts and the limited trial of the Big Book teaching material, it can be concluded that the development of the Big Book teaching material is suitable for use and can enhance the learning outcomes of rights and responsibilities of students in phase b of elementary school.
