Abstract
Resiliensi penting untuk menghadapi risiko, terutama di daerah 3T yang memiliki tantangan lebih besar. Guru kelas berperan mengintegrasikan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan resiliensi siswa sejak dini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menyusun rumusan model bimbingan bermain kognitif perilaku berbasis “andai-andai” untuk mengembangkan resiliensi siswa sekolah dasar di daerah 3T. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi atau campuran (mixed methods research) dengan desain embedded dan diselenggarakan dengan desain naratif, desain kuasi eksperimen (pretest-posttest control group design), dan desain fenomenalogi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 19 Rambutan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket skala resiliensi siswa. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif, restory, uji statistik mann whitney dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) rumusan panduan model bimbingan bermain kognitif perilaku berbasis “andai-andai” untuk mengembangkan resiliensi siswa sekolah dasar di daerah 3T dan modul ajar pembelajaran PPKN yang terintegrasi dengan layanan BK. 2) siswa yang mengikuti model bimbingan bermain kognitif perilaku berbasis “andai-andai” memiliki peningkatan resiliensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran seperti biasa. 3) Model bimbingan bermain kognitif perilaku berbasis “andai-andai” terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan resiliensi siswa sekolah dasar di daerah 3T. Resilience is important to deal with risks, especially in the 3T areas which have greater challenges. Teachers integrating guidance and counseling in learning to improve student resilience. The purpose of the study was to formulate a cognitive-behavioral play guidance model based on “andai-andai” to develop the resilience of elementary school students in 3T areas. The research used a combined or mixed methods research approach with embedded design and was organized with narrative design, quasi-experimental design (pretest-posttest control group design), and phenomenological design. The population and sample of the study were high grade students of SD Negeri 19 Rambutan. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, documentation, and student resilience scale questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive, restory, mann whitney statistical tests and data triangulation. The results showed 1) the formulation of a cognitive-behavioral play guidance model based on “andai-andai” to develop the resilience of elementary school students in 3T areas and teaching modules for PPKN learning integrated with BK services. 2) Students who participate in the cognitive-behavioral play guidance model based on "andai-andai" demonstrate a significantly greater improvement in resilience compared to those engaged in conventional learning processes. The behavioral cognitive play guidance model based on “andai-andai” is proven to have a significant effect on the development of resilience among elementary school students in the 3T area.
