Abstract

Teknologi informasi mempunyai peran penting bagi setiap organisasi yaitu sebagai fasilitas yang membantu suatu organisasi dalam menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan serta bernilai. Maka organisasi dalam pemerintahan, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai sumber informasi yang saat ini mengarah pada sistem informasi dalam menjalankan operasionalnya. Manfaat yang diberikan dari penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut akan sangat berpengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut, tingkat kepuasan pengguna pada sistem informasi diukur dari isi (content), ketepatwaktuan (timeliness), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use), ketepatan (accuracy), dan bentuk (Format) yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi yang digunakan. Sehingga tingkat kepuasan pengguna akan tercapai jika sistem informasi tersebut berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem informasi pada SIPKD, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi pada SIPKD serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi pada SIPKD yang berada di instansi Pemerintahan Kota Cimahi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif serta menggunakan desain kausal. Dengan populasi yang berjumlah 80 orang.Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment, determinasi dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas sistem informasi memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 82,99% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,01%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci: Kualitas Sistem Informasi, Kepuasan Penggun Information technology have important role to organization for a facility that helps an organization to produce information that is needed and valued. So the organization in governance, utilizing information technology as a source of information that currently leads to information system in logging operations. Benefits provided from the use of such information systems will greatly influence the level of satisfaction of users who use the information system, the level of user satisfaction in information systems from the measured content (content), timeliness (timeliness), usability (ease of use), accuracy (accuracy ), and form (format) generated by the information system that is used. So that the level of user satisfaction will be achieved if the quality of the information system. This study aims to determine the quality of information on SIPKD system, and the level of user satisfaction on SIPKD information systems and to determine the effect on the quality of information systems SIPKD Government agencies who are in town this Cimahi.Penelitian using descriptive and verification methods as well as using causal design. With a population of 80 people. The sampling technique using sampling techniques saturated. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis testing used is a Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, determination and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information systems in this study affect the end user satisfaction and quality of information system has a coefficient of determination equal to 82.99% while the remaining 17.01% is influenced by other factors.
