    Abstract

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pengaruh dining experience terhadap niat berkunjung kembali di Warung Kopi Imah Babaturan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat utama pengumpulan data. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah konsumen yang sudah pernah bersantap di Warung Kopi Imah Babaturan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 110 orang dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa adanya pengaruh yang bersifat positif dan signifikan dining experience terhadap niat berkunjung kembali. Nilai kontribusi pengaruh dining experience terhadap niat berkunjung kembali sebesar 34,9%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pada penelitian ini bahwa dining experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali.

    This study aims to identify how the dining experience influences the intention to visit again at Warung Kopi Imah Babaturan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The population of this study is visitors who have dined at Warung Kopi Imah Babaturan with a total of 110 respondents using non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is simple regression analysis. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence of dining experience on return visit intention. The contribution value of the dining experience influence on the intention to visit again is 34.9%. So it can be concluded in this study that dining experience has a positive and significant effect on return visit intention.
