Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya berpikir tingkat tinggi dan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kelayakan e-modul berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dan efektivitas model PBL-POE berbantuan e-modul berbasis AR dalam meningkatkan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi pemanasan global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen non-equivalent control group design, melibatkan 72 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 36 peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan 36 peserta didik kelas kontrol di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kota Sukabumi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi kelayakan e-modul berbasis AR, tes berpikir tingkat tinggi tipe two tier multiple choice, kuesioner motivasi belajar, dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran. Teknik analisis validasi aiken digunakan untuk menguji kelayakan e-modul berbasis AR. Sedangkan, efektivitas model pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan berpikir tingkat tinggi menggunakan rash model teknik Stacking-Racking dan uji dampak (effect size). Adapun efektivitas model pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar menggunakan analisis rash model teknik Stacking dan uji dampak (effect size). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis AR layak digunakan dengan rata-rata V-Aiken sebesar 0,94 termasuk pada kategori tinggi. Penerapan model PBL-POE dengan bantuan E-Modul berbasis AR lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 2,50 pada skala logit termasuk kategori tinggi dengan persentase 44%, dan nilai effect size Cohen’s d sebesar 1,79 termasuk kategori tinggi. Adapun dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 1,53 pada skala logit termasuk kategori sedang dengan persentase 42%, dan nilai effect size Cohen’s d sebesar 1,30 termasuk kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, model PBL-POE yang dibantu dengan E-Modul berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi pemanasan global. This research is motivated by the low level of high-level thinking and learning motivation of students. This study aims to provide an overview of the feasibility of Augmented Reality (AR)-based e-modules and the effectiveness of the AR-based e-module-assisted PBL-POE model in improving students' higher-level thinking and learning motivation on global warming materials. This study used a quasi-experimental method of non-equivalent control group design, involving 72 students consisting of 36 students in the experimental class and 36 students in the control class at SMA Negeri Sukabumi. The instruments used are AR-based e-module feasibility validation sheets, two-tier multiple choice type high-level thinking tests, learning motivation questionnaires, and observation sheets on the implementation of the learning model. The aiken validation analysis technique is used to test the feasibility of AR-based e-modules. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the learning model on improving higher-level thinking uses the rash model of the Stacking-Racking technique and the impact test (effect size). The effectiveness of the learning model on increasing learning motivation using rash analysis of the Stacking technique model and the impact test (effect size). The results show that AR-based e-modules are feasible to use with an average V-Aiken of 0.94, including in the high category. The application of the PBL-POE model with the help of AR-based E-Module is more effective in improving higher-level thinking with an average increase of 2.50 on the logit scale including the high category with a percentage of 44%, and Cohen's d effect size value of 1.79 including the high category. As for increasing learning motivation, it showed an average increase of 1.53 on the logit scale, including the medium category with a percentage of 42%, and Cohen's effect size value of 1.30, including the high category. Thus, the PBL-POE model assisted by Augmented Reality (AR)-based E-Module is effective in improving students' high-level thinking skills and learning motivation on global warming materials.
