Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan terhadap pemahaman siswa yang rendah, terdapat ketidak efektifan dalam pembelajaran IPS dan tidak adanya keterlibatakan secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satu upaya dalam memperbaiki hal tersebut dengan model pembelajan Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw berbantuan media lapbook. Adanya upaya tersebut diharapkan menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode Pre-Eksperimen pada mata pelajaran IPAS yaitu kearifan lokal. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata skor sebesar 67,24 dan setelah adanya perlakuan rata-rata nilai posttest meningkat menjadi 84,65 menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 17,41 poin. Hasil pengujian regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw terhadap pemahaman konsep kearifan lokal. Maka diperoleh hasil penelitian tersebut menghasilkan: 1) Pemahaman awal dan akhir siswa adanya perbedaan peningkatan, 2) Terdapatnya pengaruh dari model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw berbantuan media lapbook terhadap pemahaman konsep kearifan lokal sebesar 65, 1% dan hasil uji N Gain memperoleh 56% yang membuktikan bahwa model tersebut cukup efektif digunakan. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw berbantuan media Lapbook terdapat pengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep kearifan lokal siswa secara signifikan.

This research is motivated by the problem of low student understanding, there is ineffectiveness in learning social studies and the absence of active involvement in the learning process, one of the efforts in improving it with Cooperative Learning learning model Jigsaw type assisted media lapbook. The existence of these efforts is expected to be a solution to the problems that occur. This study uses a quantitative approach Pre-Experiment method on IPAS subjects, namely local wisdom. Based on descriptive analysis, the pretest results showed an average score of 67.24 and after the treatment the average posttest score increased to 84.65 showing an increase of 17.41 points. The results of simple linear regression testing show that there is a positive and significant effect of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on understanding the concept of local wisdom. So the results of the study resulted in: 1) The initial and final understanding of students there is a difference in improvement, 2) There is an influence of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model assisted by lapbook media on understanding the concept of local wisdom by 65, 1% and the N Gain test results obtained 56% which proves that the model is quite effective in use. Thus, the Jigsaw type Cooperative Learning model assisted by Lapbook media has an influence on the understanding of the concept of local wisdom of students significantly.
