Abstract
Masa pranikah adalah masa yang sering dikaitkan dengan masa prakonsepsi. Pada masa prakonsepsi akan menentukan kondisi bayi yang akan dilahirkan. Salah satu kunci melahirkan bayi normal dan sehat adalah dengan mempersiapkan gizi seimbang pada masa prakonsepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan gizi prakonsepsi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap WUS pranikah di MAN 1 Sumedang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pretest-postest one grup. Media yang digunakan dalam melakukan edukasi kesehatan adalah Video Tik Tok. Hasil didapatkan p-value < 0,000 pada pengaruh edukasi kesehatan tentang gizi prakonsepsi melalui Tik Tok. Didapatkan hasil nilai p-value < 0,000 , yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap WUS pranikah antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi kesehatan tentang gizi prakonsepsi melalui Tik Tok. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh edukasi kesehatan tentang gizi prakonsepsi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap WUS pranikah di MAN 1 Sumedang melalui media Tik Tok, dengan hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value < 0,000 pada variable pengetahuan dan sikap. The premarital period is a period that is often associated with the preconception period. The preconception period will determine the condition of the baby to be born. One of the keys to giving birth to a normal and healthy baby is to prepare balanced nutrition during the preconception period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of preconception nutritional health education on the level of knowledge and attitudes of premarital WUS at MAN 1 Sumedang. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest. The media used in conducting health education is Tik Tok Video. The results obtained p-value <0,000 on the effect of health education on preconception nutrition through Tik Tok. The results obtained p-value <0,000, which means that there is an effect of knowledge and attitudes of premarital WUS between before and after being given health education on preconception nutrition through Tik Tok. It can be concluded that there is an influence of health education on preconception nutrition on the level of knowledge and attitudes of premarital WUS at MAN 1 Sumedang through Tik Tok media, with the results of statistical tests obtained p-values <0.000 on the knowledge and attitude variables.
