Abstract

Pengelolaan lingkungan belajar merupakan hal terpenting yang harus dipersiapkan oleh suatu lembaga pendidikan anak usia taman kanak-kanak. Hal ini dikarenakan lingkungan tempat belajar sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak. Penyediaan lingkungan belajar bagi anak merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang dapat dioptimalkan untuk pencapaian proses dan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan lingkungan belajar di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina Citarip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina Citarip Kota Bandung. Jumlah subjek sebanyak satu orang kepala sekolah, dua orang guru kelas, dan satu orang staff tata usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina Citarip masuk pada kriteria baik., dilihat dari: 1) Perencanaan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar yang terencana dengan baik. 2) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar disesuaikan dengan tema pembelajaran dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan. Lingkungan belajar anak didesain semenarik mungkin, dalam pembelajarannya menggunakan sarana, prasarana, dan sumber belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran anak. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk pihak kepala sekolah yaitu kepala sekolah dapat terjun langsung membantu guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar, sedangkan untuk pihak guru sebaiknya lebih matang lagi dalam mempersiapkan lingkungan belajar anak dan mengikuti pelatihan untuk menambah wawasan dalam bidang pengelolaan lingkungan belajar, serta untuk peneliti berikutnya agar menambah variasi teknik pengumpulan data dan subjek penelitian. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Lingkungan Belajar, Taman Kanak-kanak Learning Environment Management is the most important thing is to be prepared by an institution childhood education kindergarten. The provision of a learning environment for children is a source of learning that can be optimized for the achievement of process and outcome quality education for children. This research to investigate the management of the learning environment in kindergarten of Pembina Citarip. The method used is descriptive method descriptive qualitative research. Location of research conducted in kindergarten school of Pembina Citarip city of Bandung. Number of subjects one person headmaster , two person teacher, dan one person staff administration. The results showed Learning Environment Management in kindergarten of Pembina Citarip is good criteria, seen from: 1) Planning learning environment management with good planned. 2) implementation learning environment management adapted to the theme of learning and learning model used. Child's learning environment is designed as attractive as possible, in learning to use facilities, infrastructure and learning resources that correspond to the learning needs of children. The recommendations can be given to the school principal that the principal can go directly assist teachers in addressing the issue of environmental management learning, while for the teacher should be cooked again in preparing the children's learning environment and training to increase knowledge in the field of environmental management learning, as well as for subsequent researchers in order to increase the variety of data collection techniques and research subjects. Kata kunci: Management, Learning Environment, Kindergarten.
