Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada isu kepuasan belajar peserta didik kelas X Program Keahlian Perhotelan dalam Mata Pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Perhotelan di SMKS Balai Perguruan Putri Kota Bandung. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini mengarahkan pada identifikasi masalah pada penerapan metode pembelajaran blended learning serta pengaruhnya bagi kepuasan belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak metode pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa, dengan penekanan pada pendekatan blended learning. Blended learning, yang memadukan pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan kepuasan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai alat utama untuk mengumpulkan data dari siswa yang terlibat dalam metode pembelajaran blended learning. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa blended learning secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Siswa melaporkan adanya peningkatan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan fleksibilitas dalam belajar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan blended learning bisa menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta kepuasan belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Blended Learning, Kepuasan Belajar Siswa, Metode Pembelajaran This research focuses on the issue of learning satisfaction of class X students of the Hospitality Expertise Program in the Basics of Hospitality Subject at SMKS Balai Perguruan Putri Bandung City. To overcome this problem, this study leads to the identification of problems in the application of blended learning methods and their influence on student learning satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the impact of learning methods on student learning satisfaction, with an emphasis on the blended learning approach. Blended learning, which combines face-to-face and online learning, is expected to be able to increase effectiveness and satisfaction in the teaching and learning process. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey as the main tool to collect data from students involved in the blended learning method. Data analysis shows that blended learning significantly increases student learning satisfaction compared to conventional learning methods. Students reported increased motivation, engagement, and flexibility in learning. These findings indicate that the application of blended learning can be an effective solution to improve the quality of education and student learning satisfaction.
