Abstract
Aktivitas fisik siswa sekolah yang berada didalam perumahan mencerminkan interaksi antara lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan perumahan dan aktivitas fisik siswa. Faktor seperti keberadaan fasilitas olahraga di sekolah, aksesibilitas terhadap tempat untuk berolahraga disekitar perumahan, dan kebijakan sekolah terkait aktivitas fisik dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi aktivitas fisik siswa. Lingkungan ini dapat mempengaruhi motivasi siswa untuk bergerak aktif serta mendorong pola hidup sehat di kalangan anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat aktivitas siswa kelas 3 usia 9-10 tahun di SDN Galihpawarti, Baleendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner Physical Avtivity Questionnaire for Older Children (PAQ-C). Data tingkat aktivitas fisik penelitian ini dihitung dari tingkat frekuensi, jenis, dan durasi aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas 3 SDN Galihpawarti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aktivitas fisik siswa kelas 3 SDN Galihpawarti usia 9-10 tahun secara keseluruhan adalah berada pada kategori “Tinggi” sebesar 13% , kategori “Sedang” sebesar 70% dan kategori “Rendah” sebesar 17%. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut, dapat diartikan bahwa tingkat aktivitas fisik siswa kelas 3 SDN Galihpawarti usia 9-10 tahun berada pada kategori “Sedang”. Aktivitas fisik siswa sekolah dasar tergolong sedang mampu dilaksanakan meskipun ada beberapa hambatan yang dialami. The physical activity of students in residential areas reflects the interaction between the school environment, the residential environment, and the students' physical activities. Factors such as the availability of sports facilities at school, accessibility to exercise locations around the residential area, and school policies related to physical activity can significantly influence the level of physical activity participation among students. This environment can affect students' motivation to be actively engaged and promote a healthy lifestyle among elementary school children. This study aims to measure the physical activity levels of 3rd grade students aged 9-10 years at SDN Galihpawarti, Baleendah. The study employs a quantitative approach. The research method used is a survey with the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children (PAQ-C). The physical activity data for this study are calculated based on the frequency, type, and duration of physical activities performed by 3rd grade students at SDN Galihpawarti. The results indicate that the physical activity level of 3rd grade students aged 9-10 years at SDN Galihpawarti is categorized as follows: 13% in the “High” category, 70% in the “Moderate” category, and 17% in the “Low” category. From the data analysis, it can be interpreted that the physical activity level of 3rd grade students aged 9-10 years at SDN Galihpawarti is in the “Moderate” category. The moderate level of physical activity among elementary school students can be maintained despite some encountered obstacles.
