Abstract
Prestasi belajar menjadi salah satu tolok ukur dari keberhasilan peserta didik dan selalu dianggap penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Prestasi belajar sendiri ditentukan oleh dispososi perilaku seperti self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar yang dimiliki peserta didik. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum self-efficacy, motivasi belajar, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik, dan besarnya hubungan antara self-efficacy, motivasi belajar, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 353 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 45 Bandung tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki tingkat self-efficacy, motivasi belajar, dan prestasi belajar yang tinggi, dan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara self-efficacy, motivasi belajar, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Data dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan dalam memberikan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling belajar di SMP Negeri 45 Bandung dengan mengoptimalkan self-efficacy, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Abstract: Learning achievement to be one of the benchmarks of success students and always considered important in the realm of education. Achievement is determined by disposi behavior such as self -efficacy and motivation to learn owned students. This research are conducting to investigate the general view of self-efficacy, motivation to learn, and achievement of learners, and relationship between of self-efficacy, motivation to learn, and achievement of learners. This research was conducted at 353 students in class VIII SMP Negeri 45 Bandung on academic years 2014/2015. This research is used correlation method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research showed that student became have a high level of self-efficacy, motivation to learn, and high academic achievement, and that there is a relationship between self-efficacy, motivation to learn, and achievement of learners. Result from this research could become parameter for counseling and guidance teachers in giving their service in SMP Negeri 45 Bandung with optimize self-efficacy, motivation to learn and learning achievement of learners.
