Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena beberapa permasalahan siswa dalam sikap saling ketergantungan positif. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil observasi awalyang menunjukkan kurangnyasikap saling ketergantungan positif siswa dalam kelompok. Dapat dilihat dari siswa tidak dapat bekerjasama, bertanggungjawab, berkontribusi dan berpartisipasi serta menghargai pendapat teman sekelompoknya.Untuk memperbaiki hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe group investigationagar kualitas pembelajaransejalan dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, mendeskripsikan perencanaan model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe group investigation untuk menumbuhkan sikap possitive interdependence siswa. Kedua, mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe group investigation terhadap penumbuhan sikap possitive interdependence siswa. Ketiga, mengetahui kendala dan upaya dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe group investigation, dan keempat, mengetahui bagaimana pertumbuhan sikap possitive interdependence siswa dalam kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang diadaptasi dari model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan. Setiap tahapan terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam empat siklus. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu, pada siklus satu dan dua, sikap saling ketergantungan positif siswa sudah mulai terlihat tetapi masih dalam kategori “cukup”. Pada siklus ketiga, menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu berada pada kategori “baik”. Dan siklus keempat juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus ketiga, tetapi tidak terlalu signifikan. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sikap saling ketergantungan positif siswa mengalami pertumbuhan setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model cooperative learning tipe group investigation. Siswa mampu bekerjasama dalam kelompok, bertanggungjawab dengan kelompoknya, menghargai pendapat temannya, serta berkontribusi dan berpartisipasi dalam kerja kelompok. Rekomendasi kepada para guru khususnya guru IPS maupun peneliti selanjutnya untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe group investigatin sebagai model pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan sikap possitive interdependence siswa dalam kelompok. This research was based on several problems of students in interdependence positive behavior. This was based on the early observation result which showed the lack of positive interdependence behavior of students in group. This can be seen from students who are not able to cooperate, to be responsible, to contribute, to participate and to respect their friends in group. To overcome this problem, a research about class behavior by implementing cooperative learning methods group investigation type in order to have a learning quality which runs in accordance of the wanted learning purpose. The aim of this research are: first, to describe the planning of cooperative learning method group investigation type to grow positive interdependence behavior of students. Second, to understand the implementation of cooperative learning method group investigation type to grow positive interdependence behavior of students. Third, to understand the constraints and the efforts in implementing cooperative learning method group investigation type, and fourth, to understand how the development of students positive interdependence behavior in group. This research is class action research which is adapted by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model so this research is done in some phases. Every phase consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research is done in four cycles. The results are, in the first and second cycle, positive interdependence behavior of students had been seen but it was still at the “enough” category. In the third cycle, it showed improvement, but not so significant. From those results, it was shown that positive interdependence behavior of students improved after being taught by cooperative learning method group investigation type. Students can cooperate in group, be responsible of their group, respect their friends’ opinion, contribute and participate in group work. Recommendation for the next teachers especially IPS teachers or the next researchers to implement cooperative learning method group investigation type as a learning method which can grow interdependence positive behavior of students in group.
