Abstract

Tingkat pengangguran, keterbatasan lapangan kerja, dan rendahnya tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan permasalahan yang menjadi perhatian di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia adalah menghadirkan program Kartu Prakerja yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi masyarakat melalui bantuan pelatihan kerja guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan, tingkat harapan terhadap program pelatihan, serta menganalisis hubungan antara harapan terhadap program dengan motivasi belajar peserta dalam pelatihan program Kartu Prakerja. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Populasi penelitian meliputi peserta penerima program Kartu Prakerja gelombang 56 dan 57, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 398 responden dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan: 1) tingkat motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan sebesar 86,89%, yang dikategorikan sangat tinggi; 2) tingkat harapan terhadap program pelatihan pada peserta pelatihan sebesar 86,75%, yang menunjukkan dalam kategori sangat tinggi; 3) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara harapan terhadap program pelatihan dengan motivasi belajar, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.573 dan taraf signifikansi 0.000<0.05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0.328 menunjukkan bahwa variabel harapan terhadap program pelatihan berkontribusi 32,8% terhadap variabel motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harapan tinggi terhadap program pelatihan dapat berkontribusi dan membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta dalam pelatihan program Kartu Prakeja. The unemployment rate, limited employment opportunities, and low levels of labor productivity are issues of concern in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by the Indonesian government is to present the Kartu Prakerja program which aims to increase community competence through job training assistance in order to create quality human resources. This study was conducted to analyze the level of learning motivation of trainees, the level of expectations of the training program, and analyze the relationship between expectations of the program and the learning motivation of participants in the Kartu Prakerja program training. A quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive method was used in this study. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS 25 software. The study population included participants who received the 56th and 57th batches of the Kartu Prakerja program, with a sample size of 398 respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study found 1) the level of learning motivation of trainees is 86.89%, which is categorized as very high; 2) the level of expectations of the training program in trainees is 86.75%, which indicates in a very high category; 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between expectations of the training program and learning motivation, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.573 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.328 indicates that the variable of expectations of the training program contributes 32.8% to the learning motivation variable. The results of this study indicate that high expectations of the training program can contribute and help increase participants' learning motivation in the Kartu Prakerja program training.
