Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bagaimana kualitas dan keputusan pembelian, serta menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pelanggan di toko kue La Sadie Bake Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 269 responden yang merupakan pelanggan dari La Sadie Bake. Data diolah secara statistik dengan analisis korelasi sederhana untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan antara kedua variabel, serta analisis regresi sederhana untuk mengetahui arah dan nilai hubungan kedua variabel. Hasil pada penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gambaran kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori yang tinggi. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan kualitas produk yang dilakukan La Sadie Bake akan mendorong dalam menciptakan keputusan pembelian pada pelanggan toko kue La Sadie Bake. This study aims to obtain an overview of quality and purchase decisions, as well as analyze the influence of product quality on purchase decisions on customers at La Sadie Bake Bandung cake shop. This study uses descriptive and verifiable methods with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study amounted to 269 respondents who were customers of La Sadie Bake. The data were processed statistically with a simple correlation analysis to determine the close relationship between the two variables, as well as a simple regression analysis to determine the direction and value of the relationship between the two variables. The results of this study found that the picture of product quality and purchase decisions was in a high category. Product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings show that the application of product quality carried out by La Sadie Bake will encourage in creating purchase decisions in customers of La Sadie Bake pastry shops.
