Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani adalah komponen penting dari pendidikan menyeluruh yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, kebugaran mental, sosial, dan emosional peserta didik melalui kegiatan olahraga dan aktivitas fisik lainnya. Tujuan dari Pendidikan Jasmani dapat dibagi ke dalam empat kategori, yaitu: (1) Pengembangan fisik, (2) Pengembangan, keterampilan gerak, (3) Pengembangan mental, dan (4) Pengembangan sosial. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pendidikan jasmani yaitu selain dari penguasaan keterampilan gerak dasar, juga kondisi fisik yang baik juga dapat berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa. Peran guru Pendidikan Jasmani di SDN Neglasari Kecamatan Kutawaringin Kabupaten Bandung masih belum optimal dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa di sekolah disebabkan karena mengalami kendala sarana dan prasarana untuk melaksanakan tes TKSI, serta kompleksitas prosedur pelaksanaan tes yang membuat perbandingan antara jumlah siswa dengan guru tidak seimbang, sehingga tes tidak dapat diselesaikan satu sesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Intrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes kebugaran siswa Indonesia fase C untuk kelas V. Pada seluruh kategori didapatkan rata-rata baik sekali berjumlah 8 dengan persentase 4%, sedangkan kategori baik didapatkan rata-rata berjumlah 49 dengan persentase 27%, katagori sedang didapatkan rata-rata berjumlah 58 dengan persentase 32%, kategori kurang didapatkan rerata 43 dengan persentase 24%. Dan kategori kurang sekali didapatkan rata-rata 22 dengan persentase 12%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan penerapan TKSI pada siswa SDN Neglasari, memiliki kebugaran yang sedang. Physical Education is an important component of comprehensive education that aims to improve the physical health, mental, social and emotional fitness of students through sports and other physical activities. The objectives of Physical Education can be divided into four categories, namely: (1) Physical development, (2) Development of movement skills, (3) Mental development, and (4) Social development. The expected results from physical education are that apart from mastering basic movement skills, good physical condition can also influence student learning outcomes. The role of Physical Education teachers at SDN Neglasari, Kutawaringin District, Bandung Regency is still not optimal in improving the physical fitness of students at school due to problems with facilities and infrastructure for carrying out the TKSI test, as well as the complexity of test implementation procedures which makes the comparison between the number of students and teachers unbalanced, so that the test cannot be completed in one session. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection instrument used the phase C Indonesian student fitness test instrument for class V. In all categories, the average was very good, numbering 8 with a percentage of 4%, while in the good category, the average was 49 with a percentage of 27%, in the medium category, the average was obtained. The average number was 58 with a percentage of 32%, the average category was 43 with a percentage of 24%. And the very poor category got an average of 22 with a percentage of 12%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of TKSI to Neglasari Elementary School students has moderate fitness.
