Abstract
ABSTRAK Transportasi dapat diartikan sebagai pemindahan barang atau manusia dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain yang menjadi tujuan, salah satu contohnya yaitu angkutan barang retail dari Alfamart. Namun, masyarakat sering mengeluhkan harga barang yang dijual di alfamart yang sedikit lebih mahal dibandingkan kompetitornya. Salah satu penyebab tingginya harga barang yang dijual disebabkan oleh biaya operasional kendaraan yang besar dan penentuan rute perjalanan yang tidak efektif. Data yang digunakan adalah jumlah armada truk yang beroperasi, berat muatan, jarak perjalanan, frekuensi perjalanan, dan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan. Tenik Analisis meliputi: perhitungan matriks, PTV Visum dan perhitungan biaya operasional kendaraan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan biaya operasional kendaraan yang sangat besar sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Dampak dari biaya operasional kendaraan yang tinggi berimbas kepada harga barang yang dijual di minimarket menjadi lebih mahal. Jumlah armada yang digunakan sekitar 7 armada truk untuk 7 rute Dimana setiap armada ditempatkan di masing-masing rute yang dijalankan setiap hari sekali. Transportation can be interpreted as the movement of goods or people from one place to another destination, one example is the transportation of retail goods from Alfamart. However, people often complain about the price of goods sold at Alfamart which is slightly more expensive than its competitors. One of the causes of the high price of goods sold is due to the large operational costs of vehicles and the determination of ineffective travel routes. The data used are the number of operating trucks, load weight, travel distance, travel frequency, and Vehicle Operational Costs. Analysis techniques include: matrix calculations, PTV Visum and vehicle operational cost calculations. The calculation results show very large vehicle operational costs so that the costs incurred are ineffective and inefficient. The impact of high vehicle operational costs has an impact on the price of goods sold in minimarkets becoming more expensive. The number of fleets used is around 7 truck fleets for 7 routes where each fleet is placed on each route that is run once a day.
