Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya sarana dan prasarana berupa sumber bacaan pada kegiatan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah serta minimnya pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Pancasila yang berdampak kepada rendahnya tingkat Literasi Pancasila pada siswa khususnya siswa sekolah dasar kelas IV. Karena Pancasila merupakan dasar negara Indonesia serta pedoman hidup berbangsa dan bernegara, hendaknya penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dilakukan sejak dini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu media yang dapat membantu meningkatkan literasi Pancasila siswa dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Maka, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media untuk membantu meningkatkan literasi Pancasila siswa berupa DIKAPEL (Media Kartu Tempel) berbasis Make a Match. Media dikembangkan menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D) model Peffer, dkk yakni 1) Identify the problem; melakukan studi literatur mengenai permasalahan GLS (Gerakan Literasi Sekolah), mengobservasi kegiatan literasi di sekolah, menemukan permasalahan terkait kurangnya sumber bacaan siswa dan rendahnya tingkat literasi Pancasila siswa. 2) Describe the objectives; mengembangkan DIKAPEL (Media Kartu Tempel) untuk meningkatkan literasi Pancasila siswa. 3) Design and develop the artifact; membuat rancangan DIKAPEL. 4) Test the artifact; uji coba DIKAPEL kepada ahli materi, ahli media dan guru sebagai ahli pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan DIKAPEL. 5) Evaluate the result of testing; persentase rata-rata hasil validasi adalah 94,84% dengan kategori sangat layak 6) Communicate the testing result; hasil validasi dikomunikasikan melalui tulisan (skripsi) dan lisan pada saat ujian sidang. : This research is set back by the lack of means and infrastructure in the form of reading sources on the School Literacy Movement activities and lack of Pancasila Literacy Movement which impactful to low level Pancasila Literacy of student spesifically IV elementary school student. Because Pancasila is the national principle of Indonesia and the nation and states life guidelines, the cultivation of Pancasila values should be carried from an early age. Therefore, a media that can help to increase the student Pancasila literacy in a fun way is needed. So, the purpose of this research is to develop a media that can help to increase the student Pancasila literacy in the form of DIKAPEL (Media Kartu Tempel) based on make a match. The media was develop use the Design and Development (D&D) method of Peffers et al models that is 1) Identify the problem; conduct a literature study on the problem of SLM, observing the literacy activities at school, found the problems of the lack reading sources and low level student Pancasila Literacy. 2) Describe the objectives; develop DIKAPEL (Media Kartu Tempel) to increase the student Pancasila literacy. 3) Design and develop the artifact; make a draft of DIKAPEL. 4) Test the artifact; validation the DIKAPEL to material expert, media expert and teacher as the learning expert to know the feasibility level of DIKAPEL. 5) Evaluate the result of testing; the average percentage of validation is 94,84% with very worth category. 6) Communicate the testing result; the result of validation are communicate through writing (thesis) and orally when thesis defense.
