Abstract

Penelitian ini beranjak dari permasalahan pengetahuan makanan sehat pada orang tua yang masih kurang sehinga disediakan program parenting class yang akan mengedukasi makanan sehat dan memerlukan media edukasi untuk mendukung kegiatan parenting class secara efektif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video makanan sehat sebagai media edukasi pada program parenting class anak usia dini. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) dan pendekatan research and development (R&D). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu dua ahli media, dua ahli materi, dan 10 orang tua untuk uji coba terbatas. Hasil validasi media dan validasi materi video makanan sehat sebagai media edukasi pada program parenting class anak usia dini mendapatkan kriteria sangat sesuai. Hasil penilaian pengguna video edukasi makanan sehat sebagai media edukasi pada program parenting class anak usia dini mendapatkan kriteria sangat sesuai. Oleh karena itu, video makanan sehat sangat sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai media edukasi pada program parenting class anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan kepada orang tua untuk membuat hidangan makanan sehat untuk anak sesuai dengan informasi yang diterima, kepada guru untuk menggunakan video makanan sehat sebagai media edukasi pada program parenting class dan membuat jadwal bekal makanan sehat untuk anak di sekolah, serta kepada peneliti selanjutnya dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini seperti menguji efektivitas atau manfaat penggunaan video pada edukasi makanan sehat pada program parenting class anak usia dini. This research is based on the problem of healthy food knowledge in parents that are still less so a parenting class program is being provided to educate healthy food and needs educational media to support parenting class activities in effective and innovative ways. This research is to develop healthy food videos as educational media in parenting class program for preschool children. The method in this research is ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and the research and development (R&D) approach. The subjects of this study were two media experts, two material experts, and 10 parents for a limited trial. Based on the results of media validation and material validation, healthy food videos as educational media in parenting class program for preschool children get very suitable criteria. Based on the results of user assessment, healthy food educational videos as educational media in parenting class program for preschool children get very suitable criteria. So that healthy food videos are very suitable for use as educational media in parenting class program for preschool children. The results of this research recommend to parents to make healthy food meals for children based on the information they receive, to teachers to use healthy food videos as educational media for parenting class programs and make a list of meals for children at school, and to the next researcher to continue this research such as examining the effectiveness or benefits of using videos on healthy food education in parenting class program for preschool children.
