Abstract
Kebijakan Program Magang & Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengikuti mata kuliah dan kegiatan di luar kampus selama satu semester. Salah satu mitra MSIB adalah Direktorat Rumah Swadaya melalui program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS). Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan kebijakan MSIB di Direktorat Rumah Swadaya dengan mengacu pada Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian program dengan pembelajaran, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dengan mahasiswa, Tenaga Fasilitator Lapangan (TFL), dan Dosen Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan dan kompetensi yang dikembangkan mahasiswa selama program sesuai dengan Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan, terutama profil lulusan sebagai Fasilitator Teknis. Mahasiswa berperan besar dalam mendukung kebijakan ini dengan motivasi tinggi dan kemampuan adaptasi yang baik, serta mendapatkan dukungan penting dari mentor dan TFL. Koordinasi antar mahasiswa juga menjadi kunci kinerja tim. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya motivasi dan ketidaksesuaian masyarakat dengan program dapat menjadi penghambat. Meski begitu, faktor pendukung lebih dominan, sehingga program berjalan optimal dan target BSPS tercapai dengan baik. The Internship & Certified Independent Study Program (MSIB) policy offers students the opportunity to take courses and engage in activities outside the campus for one semester. One of the MSIB partners is the Directorate of Swadaya Housing through the Swadaya Housing Assistance (BSPS) program. This study evaluates the implementation of the MSIB policy at the Directorate of Swadaya Housing, based on the Graduate Learning Outcomes of the Architectural Engineering Education Study Program. The research aims to analyze the program's alignment with learning outcomes, as well as its supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is descriptive qualitative, involving interviews with students, Field Facilitators (TFL), and Architectural Engineering Education Lecturers, alongside document studies. The results show that the activities and competencies developed by students during the program align with the Graduate Learning Outcomes, particularly the profile of graduates as Technical Facilitators. Students play a significant role in supporting this policy with high motivation and good adaptability, receiving crucial support from mentors and TFL. Coordination among students is also key to team performance. However, challenges such as lack of motivation and community misalignment with the program can act as obstacles. Nevertheless, supporting factors are more dominant, allowing the program to run optimally, as evidenced by the successful achievement of BSPS targets and the completion of housing repair assistance.
