Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan hasil belajar peserta didik engan bentuk mix aged classroom dengan menggunakan model Pembelajaran Kelas Rangkap (PKR). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa pertemuan dan model penelitian yang dipilih adalah model penelitian dari Kemmis yang telah direvisi oleh John Cresswell yaitu terdiri dari perencaan (Planning), Pelaksanaan (Implementing), Pengamatan (Reviewing), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik dari kelas I, II, dan III di salah satu sekolah di Jakarta yang menerapkan mix aged classroom. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa model pembelajaran kelas rangkap ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil tes pada kelas I yaitu dengan rata-rata 73 dan persentase ketuntasan 60% meningkat menjadi 87 dengan persentase ketuntasan
100%, kelas II dengan rata-rata 70 dengan persentase ketuntasan 50% meningkat menjadi 86 dengan persentase 100%, dan kelas III dengan rata-rata 69 dan persentase 40% menjadi 87 dengan persentase 100%. Selain dilihat dari sisi hasil belajar penelitian ini juga meneliti mengenai kedisiplinan peserta didik dengan hasil rata-rata pada kelas I yang semula 54% meningkat menjadi 85%, kelas II yang semula 56% meningkat menjadi 89%, dan pada kelas II yang semula 62% meningkat menjadi 92%. Hal ini sejalan dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kelas rangkap dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas I, II, dan III untuk mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal (KKM)

This research was conducted to improve the discipline and learning outcomes of students with a form of mixed aged classroom by using the Multiple Classroom Learning (PKR) model. This research uses a qualitative approach to explain the results of the researcher's findings in the field. This research is a classroom action research consisting of several meetings and the research model chosen is the research model from Kemmis which has been revised by John Cresswell which consists of planning, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating. The subjects of this study were students from grades I, II, and III in one of the schools in Jakarta that implemented a mixed aged classroom. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests and non-tests, with the instrument of student learning outcomes tests and non-test instruments were student discipline observation sheets. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that this multi-grade learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students, this can be seen from the test results in class I, namely with an average of 73 and a percentage of 60% completeness increasing to 87 with a percentage of 100% completeness, class II with an average of 70 with a percentage of 50% completeness increasing to
86 with a percentage of 100%, and class III with an average of 69 and a percentage of 40% to 87 with a percentage of 100%. Apart from being seen in terms of learning outcomes, this study also examined the discipline of students with average results in class I which was originally 54% increased to 85%, class II which was originally 56% increased to 89%, and in class II which was originally 62% increased to 92%. This is in line with the conduct of this research, namely by applying the multi-grade learning model can improve the learning outcomes and discipline of students in grades I, II, and III to achieve the minimum completeness value.
