Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran prestasi belajar, praktik kerja industri (prakerin) dan kesiapan kerja, serta mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar dan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Behaviorisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa SMK Kelas XII program keahlian akuntansi se-Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 171 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah propotionate random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Teknis pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk data sekunder adalah dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk data primer adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi multipel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kriteria sangat kompten, prakerin berada pada kriteria tinggi, dan kesiapan kerja pun berada pada kriteria tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan prestasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Sedangkan, praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja, yang berarti jika semakin baik praktik kerja industri siswa maka akan semakin tinggi kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Kelas XII program keahlian akuntansi se-Kota Tasikmalaya. This study aims to determine the description of learning achievement, industrial work practice and work readiness, and to determine the effect of learning achievement and industrial work practice on work readiness. The theory used is the Theory of Behaviorism. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive verification approach. The population is all vocational high school students in Class XII of accounting expertise program in Tasikmalaya City as many as 171 students. The sampling technique is propotionate random sampling. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique used for secondary data is documentation, while for primary data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed that students' learning achievement was in very competent criteria, industrial work practice was in high criteria, and work readiness was in high criteria. The results also show that learning achievement has no effect on work readiness. Meanwhile, industrial work practice has a positive effect on work readiness, which means that the better the students' industrial work practice, the higher the work readiness of Class XII vocational school students in the accounting expertise program in Tasikmalaya City.
