Abstract
Pembelajaran disekolah harus efektif, terkadang beberapa kendala bisa mengahambat proses pembelajaran seperti kurangnya interaksi sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara physical activity atau aktivitas fisik dengan interaksi sosial menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif dan desain penelitian korelasional. Interaksi sosial memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan sosial siswa, dan aktivitas fisik mungkin memengaruhi aspek ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner penilaian terhadap 31 sampel yang merupakan siswa kelas 4 dan 5 SD Negeri Cikadu. Metode yang digunakan teknik.cluster random sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menyebarkan angket physical activity dan interaksi sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan koefisien korelasi. Semua perhitungan dihitung menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 18. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami apakah terdapat korelasi antara aktivitas fisik dan perkembangan interaksi sosial siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara aktivitas fisik terhadap interaksi verbal sebesar 0.522 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Kemudian terdapat korelasi antara aktivitas fisik dengan dengan interaksi fisik sebesar 0.371 yang termasuk dalam kategori lemah. Selanjutnya hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan interaksi emosional menunjukan angka sebesar 0.440 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Kata Kunci : Physical Activity, Interaksi Sosial, Hubungan Physical Activity dengan Interaksi Sosial. Learning at school must be effective, sometimes some obstacles can hinderthe learning process such as lack of social interaction of students. This study aimsto investigate the relationship between physical activity or physical activity with social interaction using Quantitative Descriptive methods and correlational research design. Social interaction plays an important role in students' social development, and physical activity might influence this aspect. Data was collectedthrough the distribution of assessment questionnaires to 31 samples who were grade 4 and 5 students of SD Negeri Cikadu. The method used the technique.cluster random sampling. The method used is by distributing physical activity questionnaires/1and social interaction. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis andcorrelation coefficients. All calculations were calculated using the IBM SPSS 18 software application. This study aims to understand whether there isa correlation between physical activity and the development of students' social interactions. Theresults showed that there was a correlation between physical activity and verbal interaction of 0.522 which was included in the sufficientcategory. Then there is a correlation between physical activity and physical interaction of 0.371 which is included in the weak category. Furthermore, the relationship between physical vitality and emotional interaction showed a numberof 0.440 which was included in the sufficient category.
