Abstract
Perkembangan IPTEK pada era globalisasi membawa perubahan pada perubahan paradigma duania Pendidikan. Pada mata kuliah Perencanaan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia proses pembelajaran menghadapi kendala dalam hal literasi dan peninjauan ulang materi oleh mahasiswa, serta belum optimalnya pengembangan media pembelajaran selama ini. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, sebagai salah satu upaya untuk dapat menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Pow.Spring APK pada mata kuliah Perencanaan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti, serta mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran Pow.Spring APK. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain dan pengembangan (Design and Development) dengan model penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses desain dan pengembangan aplikasi Pow.Spring APK dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Powerpoint, iSpring Suite 11, dan Website 2 APK Builder Pro. Respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran Pow.Spring APK memperoleh rata-rata presentase sebesar 88,34% dengan kategori “Sangat Menarik”. Hasil evaluasi pemahaman mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 75.64, post-test sebesar 94.86, dan nilai N-gain sebesar 0.81 dengan kategori “Tinggi”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, pengembangan media pembelajaran Pow.Spring APK pada mata kuliah Perencanaan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti memperoleh respon positif dan dapat diimplementasikan sebagai sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa. This research aims to develop the Pow.Spring APK learning media for the Construction and Property Business Planning course and to assess student responses to using the Pow.Spring APK learning media. The research employs a design and development approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results indicate that the design and development process of the Pow.Spring APK application was carried out using Microsoft PowerPoint, iSpring Suite 11, and Website 2 APK Builder Pro. Student responses to the use of the Pow.Spring APK learning media achieved an average percentage of 88.34%, categorized as "Very Interesting." Evaluation of student understanding showed improvement, with an average pre-test score of 75.64, a post-test score of 94.86, and an N-gain score of 0.81, categorized as "High." Based on these results, the development of the Pow.Spring APK learning media for the Construction and Property Business Planning course received positive feedback and can be implemented as a learning resource for students.
