Abstract

Revania Laras Swasdita (1702927). Pengaruh Mindful Parenting terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Emosi Anak Usia Dini di Kota Bandung. Skripsi. Program Studi Psikologi. Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. (2024). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari mindful parenting terhadap kompetensi sosial emosi anak usia dini di Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 385 responden yang merupakan orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini dengan rentang usis 5-6 tahun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale (IM-P) (ɑ=0,98) (Duncan, 2009) dan The Preschool and Kindergarten Behavior Scales (PKBS) (ɑ = 0,99) (Merrell, 1996). Proses analisis data mengginakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Merujuk pada hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa mindful parenting berperngaruh terhadap kompetensi sosial emosi anak usia dini di Kota Bandung. This study aims to determine the influence of mindful parenting on social emotional competence of early childhood in Bandung. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 385 respondents who were parents who had early childhood children with an age range of 5-6 years. The research data were collected using the Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale (IM-P) questionnaire (ɑ = 0.98) (Duncan, 2009) and The Preschool and Kindergarten Behavior Scales (PKBS) (ɑ = 0.99) (Merrell, 1996). The data analysis process used simple regression analysis. The results of the study showed a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Referring to the results, it can be concluded that mindful parenting has an effect on the social emotional competence of early childhood in Bandung.
