Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi, pelatihan profesional, lingkungan kerja, penghargaan finansial, kecerdasan adversity dan minat menjadi akuntan publik dan pengaruh persepsi, pelatihan profesional, lingkungan kerja, penghargaan finansial dan kecerdasan adversity terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Teori yang dipakai adalah Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian merupakan mahasiswa Akuntansi Angkatan 2021 dari Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Politeknik Negeri Bandung dan Universitas Padjadjaran dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 181 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dibuat melalui Google Form dan disebar ke responden penelitian melalui aplikasi WhatsApp dan Instagram. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi multipel, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS V.25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi, pelatihan professional, lingkungan kerja, penghargaan finansial dan kecerdasan adversity berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. This study aims to determine the description of perception, professional training, work environment, financial rewards and adversity intelligence on interest in becoming a public accountant and the influence of perception, professional training, work environment, financial rewards and adversity intelligence on interest in becoming a public accountant. The theory used is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The research population was Accounting students from the Class of 2021 from the Indonesian Education University, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung State Polytechnic and Padjadjaran University with a total research sample of 181 students. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire that was created via Google Form and distributed to research respondents via the WhatsApp and Instagram applications. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with the help of the IBM SPSS V.25 application. The results of hypothesis testing show that perception, professional training, work environment, financial rewards and adversity intelligence have a positive effect on interest in becoming a public accountant.
