Abstract
Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik pada pembelajaran abad ke-21 salah satunya kemampuan berpikir kritis, karena kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat krusial di era globalisasi ini. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh proyek Site Plan berbasis Google My Maps terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Jatiwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasy-eksperimental dan desain penelitian non-equevalent control group design. Variabel dalam penelitian Model PjBL (Proyek Site Plan) sebagai variabel bebas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai variabel terikat. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas XII IPS-3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XII-IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Tes, LKPD, Rubrik penilaian hasil proyek, Rubrik penilaian unjuk kinerja, dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, Uji Wilcoxon, Uji N-Gain, Uji Man Whitney dan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen dengan N-Gain terkategori sedang dan kelas kontrol memiliki N-Gain rendah serta terdapat pengaruh proyek Site Plan berbasis Google My Maps terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Jatiwangi. Penelitian ini memberikan kesempatan untuk Guru harus aktif dan pendampingan intensif dalam mengintegrasikan Google My Maps dengan instruksi yang jelas untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. One of the skills that students must have in 21st century learning is the ability to think critically, because the ability to think critically is very crucial in this era of globalization. One of the learning models that can improve critical thinking skills is the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of the Google My Maps-based Site Plan project on the critical thinking ability of students at SMA Negeri 1 Jatiwangi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasy-experimental method and a non-equevalent control group design. The variables in the PjBL (Site Plan Project) model research are independent variables and critical thinking ability is a bound variable. The research subjects are class XII IPS-3 as an experimental class and XII-IPS 2 as a control class. The research instruments used are Tests, LKPD, Project Results Assessment Rubric, Performance Performance Assessment Rubric, and Observation Sheets. Data analysis used the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Wilcoxon Test, N-Gain Test, Man Whitney Test and Simple Linear Regression Test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the critical thinking ability of the experimental class with N-Gain categorized as medium and the control class had a low N-Gain and there was an influence of the Google My Maps-based Site Plan project on the critical thinking ability of students at SMA Negeri 1 Jatiwangi. This research provides an opportunity for teachers to be active and intensive assistance in integrating Google My Maps with clear instructions to improve students' critical thinking skills.
