Abstract
Kawasan sekitar SMA Negeri 4 Bandung merupakan salah satu daerah komersial di dekat pusat Kota Bandung, sehingga menjadi salah satu pusat pergerakan di Kota Bandung. Hal ini tentunya mempengaruhi kondisi kelancaran lalu lintas pada jam-jam tertentu. Selain itu, angkutan bus sekolah di Kota Bandung belum beroperasi dengan optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perencanaan operasional angkutan bus sekolah SMA Negeri 4 Bandung yang terdiri dari jaringan rute, kebutuhan unit, jadwal operasional, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan tarif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis jumlah kebutuhan angkutan bus sekolah SMA Negeri 4 Bandung sesuai dengan zonasi. Berdasarkan hasil survei volume kendaraan pada Jalan Gardujati yaitu 3360 smp/jam. Kapasitas Jalan Gardujati sebesar 5496,3 smp/jam dan nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,611 maka tingkat pelayanan jalan C. Panjang rute angkutan bus sekolah SMA Negeri 4 Bandung yaitu 29,45 km. Dari hasil perhitungan, angkutan bus sekolah SMA Negeri 4 Bandung membutuhkan 37 kendaraan dan jadwal operasional dibagi 2 (dua) periode yaitu pukul 05:00 – 07:00 dan pukul 14.30 – 16.30. Biaya operasional kendaraan angkutan bus sekolah didapatkan sebesar Rp188,67/km sehingga tarif per penumpang dengan load factor 70% sebesar Rp5.556,36. Sedangkan berdasarkan grafik hubungan ATP, WTP, dan tarif eksisting didapatkan tarif ideal yaitu sebesar Rp466,00/km. The area around SMA Negeri 4 Bandung is one of the commercial areas near the center of Bandung City, making it one of the movement centers in Bandung City. This certainly affects traffic flow conditions at certain hours. Additionally, school bus transportation in Bandung City has not been operating optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the operational planning of school bus transportation for SMA Negeri 4 Bandung, which consists of route networks, unit requirements, operational schedules, vehicle operational costs, and fares. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method to analyze the number of school bus transportation needs for SMA Negeri 4 Bandung according to zoning. Based on the results of the vehicle volume survey on Gardujati Street, it is 3360 pcu/hour. The capacity of Gardujati Street is 5496.3 pcu/hour and the degree of saturation value is 0.611, so the road service level is C. The length of the school bus transportation route for SMA Negeri 4 Bandung is 29.45 km. From the calculation results, school bus transportation for SMA Negeri 4 Bandung requires 37 vehicles. The operational schedule is divided into 2 (two) periods, namely 05:00 - 07:00 and 14:30 - 16:30. The operational cost of school bus vehicles is obtained at Rp188.67/km, so the fare per passenger with a 70% load factor is Rp5,556.36. Meanwhile, based on the relationship graph between ATP, WTP, and existing fares, the ideal fare is Rp466.00/km.
