Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Kinerja Guru SDN Suryakencana CBM Kota Sukabumi. Latar belakang dari adanya penelitian ini dikarenakan kinerja guru merupakan bagian yang penting dalam kesuksesan pendidikan. Turunnya kinerja dari guru ditakutkan akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan peserta didik serta sekolah, dan alangkah baiknya jika sekolah bisa mengatasi turunnya dari kinerja guru mereka. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya fokus pada Work Life Balance dan Motivasi Kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat work life balance, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDN Suryakencana CBM Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 51 orang guru. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan pengajuan hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Secara parsial, work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, lalu motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. This research focuses on the performance of teachers at SDN Suryakencana CBM in Sukabumi City. The background of this research is because teacher performance is an important part of educational success. The decline in the performance of teachers is feared to have an impact on the sustainability of students and schools, and it would be nice if schools could overcome the decline in the performance of their teachers. Many factors affect performance, but in this study only focus on Work Life Balance and Work Motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work-life balance, work motivation, and teacher performance, and to determine the effect of work-life balance and work motivation on teacher performance at SDN Suryakencana CBM in Sukabumi City. This study used descriptive and verification methods with 51 teachers as respondents. The analysis technique used was Pearson product moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis submission using F-test and t-test. The results showed that work life balance and work motivation simultaneously affect teacher performance. Partially, work life balance affects teacher performance, then work motivation affects teacher performance.
