Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, efikasi diri dan literasi digital terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik incidental dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 346 mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2020-2023. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dibuat melalui Google Form dan disebar ke responden penelitian melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Uji instrumen penelitian adalah uji validitas menggunakan rumus product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi multipel, serta pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji F dan Uji t dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS V.25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, efikasi diri, dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and digital literacy on the learning achievement of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesian Education University. In this study, a quantitative approach was used with descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique used was incidental with a sample size of 346 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesian Education University, class of 2020-2023. The research data was collected using a questionnaire that had been created via Google Form and distributed to research respondents via the WhatsApp application. The research instrument test was a validity test using the product moment formula and a reliability test using the alpha cronbach formula. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis, as well as testing the research hypothesis using the F test and t test with the help of the IBM SPSS V.25 application. The results of the hypothesis test showed that emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and digital literacy had a positive effect on student learning achievement.
