Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media kartu domino dalam pembelajaran mufradāt (kosakata) bahasa Arab santri di DTA Nurun Ni'mah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan 10 santri laki-laki dan 8 perempuan. Media kartu domino yang digunakan berisi gambar dan kosakata Arab, yang didesain untuk membantu santri dalam mengingat dan memahami kosakata secara visual dan interaktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TGT berbantuan kartu domino mampu meningkatkan minat, antusiasme, dan kemampuan mufradāt santri. Selain itu, pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik dan interaktif serta mendorong kerja sama dalam kelompok. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa variasi metode pembelajaran dengan media yang menarik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, serta memperkuat aspek sosial seperti kerja sama dan pemecahan masalah di antara santri. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan yang inovatif dan efektif. This study aimed to determine the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by domino card media in learning Arabic mufradāt (vocabulary) of santri at DTA Nurun Ni'mah. This research used a descriptive qualitative method involving 10 male and 8 female students. The domino card media used contained pictures and Arabic vocabulary, which were designed to help students remember and understand vocabulary visually and interactively. Data collection was done through observation and interviews with teachers. The results showed that the application of the TGT method assisted by domino cards was able to increase students' interest, enthusiasm, and mufradāt ability. In addition, learning became more interesting and interactive and encouraged cooperation in groups. This finding confirmed that variations in learning methods with interesting media could increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, as well as strengthen social aspects such as cooperation and problem solving among santri. This research made an important contribution to efforts to improve the quality of Arabic language learning through innovative and effective approaches.
