Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kondisi lingkungan kerja serta kondisi kinerja karyawan di de Braga by ARTOTEL, serta menganalisa pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh yang artinya keseluruhan populasi menjadi bagian dari sampel. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebar secara daring melalui google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis deksriptif menunjukan bahwa kondisi lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di de Braga by ARTOTEL sangat baik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 26,1%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study is to identify both the conditios of working environment and employee performance at de Braga by ARTOTEL, and to analyze the influence of the working environment on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 50 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is part of the sample. The research instrument used is a questionnaire, which then distributed online via Google Form. This study uses simple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the working environment and employee performance at de Braga by ARTOTEL are very good.. The results of the hypothesis test show that the working environment has an effect on performance. The results of the determination coefficient test show that the effect of the working environment on employee performance is 26.1%. It can be concluded that the working environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
