Abstract
Evaluasi dalam suatu pelatihan penting untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Metode evaluasi Kirkpatrick merupakan metode yang cocok diterapkan untuk mengukur efektivitas pelaksanaan program dan evaluasi mendalam untuk menganalisis keberjalanan suatu program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Kirkpatrick, mendekripsikan hasil capaian dan analisis penerapan metode pada evaluasi dampak pelatihan pelayanan kontrasepsi di Balai Diklat BKKBN Perwakilan Provinsi jawa Barat. Fokus dan landasan utama teori penelitian ini adalahkonsep evaluasi dan penerapan metode kirkpatrick level 3 (perilaku) dan level 4 (hasil) melalui kegiatan Evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan melibatkan partisipan berjumlah 6 orang, meliputi dua orang tim penyelenggara, dua narasumber dan dua orang peserta sebagai triangulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pelaksanaan evaluasi pada level 3 dan 4 memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang perubahan perilaku dan hasil konkret dari pelatihan. Evaluasi ini juga melibatkan peran lingkungan kerja partisipan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang dampak pelatihan. 2) hasil capaian yang didapatkan dari evaluasi beerbentuk laporan berkas, kegiatan diseminasi, artikel dan rekomendasi untuk kegiatan selanjutnya. 3) Lalu berdasarkan analisis SWOT penerapan metode ini mampu memberikan banyak peluang positif untuk keberjalanan program selanjutnya walaupun banyak tantangan saat penerapannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Kirkpatrick pada evaluasi dampak pelatihan pelayanan kontrasepsi dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang berguna untuk peningkatan kualitas pelatihan di masa depan. Evaluation in a training is important to measure the effectiveness of the program. The Kirkpatrick evaluation method is a suitable method to measure the effectiveness of program implementation and in-depth evaluation to analyze the progress of a program. This study aims to describe the application of the Kirkpatrick method, describe the results of the achievements and analysis of the application of the method in the evaluation of the impact of contraceptive service training at the BKKBN Representative Office of West Java Province. The focus and main basis of this research theory is the concept of evaluation and application of the Kirkpatrick method level 3 (behavior) and level 4 (results) through Evaluation activities. This study uses a qualitative approach and involves 6 participants, including two organizing teams, two resource persons and two participants as data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that 1) the implementation of evaluations at levels 3 and 4 provides a deeper understanding of behavioral changes and concrete results of the training. This evaluation also involves the role of the participant's work environment to provide a more comprehensive picture of the impact of the training. 2) the results of the achievements obtained from the evaluation are in the form of file reports, dissemination activities, articles and recommendations for further activities. 3) Then based on the SWOT analysis, the application of this method can provide many positive opportunities for the implementation of the next program even though there are many challenges during its implementation. This study concludes that the application of the Kirkpatrick method in evaluating the impact of contraceptive service training can provide useful recommendations for improving the quality of training in the future.
